Ayurvidhi is created from two Sanskrit words Ayus = Ayur = Life and Vidhi = Method = Formula. Thus Ayurvidhi is a formula of healthy lifestyle according to principles of Ayurveda. Ayurvidhi has a aim to make life better in the Light of Karm-yog and Dharm-yog. To achieve the ultimate goal of our life we must find first of all who am I? Ayurveda is not just another system of medicine but is a healthy approach to reach the best state of life and that is the transcendental state of Mind, Body and Soul. Is this achievable for everybody? then I will say yes any one can do it, if we explore the data (Scriptures) and compile it to implement in our daily life, it can show the wonders. We must learn that life science is just not limited to this body only, it is extended to Mind and Soul of an individual internally. Whereas, related to everything surrounding it (the body) including animals, trees, microbes, environment, planets or we can say whole universe. We are not separate from this universe we are just a small part of it. Everything is relative. Everything is created from same Bramha but still everything has a unique, individual form and character. One cannot close his eyes towards this beautiful creation.

Creation and creator both are same. Everything inside the body is similar to outside the body. Micro-cosmos is not different from Macro-cosmos. The space inside my cells (inter-cellular) is not different from the outer space or space between two planets. The element air is same inside my lungs or cells to the air around planet earth. The element of fire have same properties like Agni inside my body. Water inside the body (70%) is not different from the water on planet earth (70%). Similarly, all mineral like calcium, sodium, potassium, silicon, phosphorus etc. are present both in my body and cosmos. So the creation is not mere a co-incidental phenomena which led to the formation of this universe. But it is a very systematically created. We cannot make things so complex and perfect as we see in mother nature. This whole creation is made of Punchmahabhutas, which are five basic elements known as Akasha or Ether, Vayu or Air, Agni or Fire, Jalla or Water, Parithavi or Earth. If the hardware of creation is Punchmahabhuta then the software of it is soul itself. Which is just Transcendental vibration of soundless sound of the universe. This sound of silence is named different in different cultures and languages. In vedic culture it is called Omkara (AUM)and has a symbol ? which is representing three earthly sound AAA, UUU and MMM but also represents the fourth soundless sound of silence. This sound is considered as the beginning of creation. Thus it is the Karan or reason of all creation and it is embodies in everything in this universe. This sound of creation never stops. If you want to listen to it you just have to turn all your perceptional power inwards and close all five Jyana Indaryas or five senses. Ayurveda has categorized these five elements in Tri-dosha. Vatta (air + ether); Pitta (fire +little water); Kapha (earth + water). And Kapha is considered as basic force or energy which is responsible for all anabolic activities like growth, strength, support, lubrication of joints etc.
