The article you created
[edit]The article you created isn't written in the tonality that's expected of a Wikipedia article. Courtesy notifications: (Khingram—Ian (Wiki Ed)—Helaine (Wiki Ed)) I dream of horses (Hoofprints) (Neigh at me) 05:30, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
- Hi B17rad. As @I dream of horses mentioned, the article you drafted isn't what an encyclopaedia article needs to be. For starters, I recommend you have a look at pages 7-9 in the Editing Wikipedia brochure that I've linked to here.
- You should start with a lead section that summarizes all the major points of the article. A reader should be able to read the lead and get a general sense of what the article is about.
- The second issue is that this article is extremely narrow. It seems to be just about one study. Medical topics on Wikipedia should not focus on single studies, or even use them as sources. As you may recall from the training module for editing health and psychology topics, you need to rely primarily on recent systematic reviews.
- Beyond that, I don't think this is a stand-alone article. The topic of "Neuromuscular function in aging adults" belongs in Wikipedia, but it should probably be in an article related to old age or gerontology. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:58, 15 November 2024 (UTC)
