Images from Chloe Moretz

[edit]

Hi. You have uploaded several images crediting Chloe Moretz of www.chloemoretz.com. Are you this person? If so, could you edit the image description pages to say in no uncertain terms that you are Chloe Moretz? If you are not Chloe Moretz, did you communicate with her and did she explicitly agree to release the images under the terms of the Creative Commons license you have indicated? If so, please forward an email documenting this release to permissions-en@wikimedia.org so that the foundation can have this documentation available in case future questions arise. Please see WP:COPYREQ for more information. Thank you. --B (talk) 05:04, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

March 2008

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Adair Tishler, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. I have removed the uncited information in line with our stringent policy on biographies on living people. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 19:46, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Bolding titles

[edit]

Hello. I've noticed that you consistently keep bolding titles of TV shows in the main body of the show's articles. This is actually not recommended according to the Wikipedia Manual of Style, as boldface is only used to separate the article name from text in the introduction, and italics should be used for emphasis in the main body. Thank you. Misterkillboy (talk) 04:02, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, you may not know that Wikipedia has a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia, as you did in Nine HD, makes it harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Bidgee (talk) 17:57, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Television schedule in Seven Network

[edit]

There is currently a consensus that the current television schedule table should not be included in Seven Network because it is a violation of WP:NOT an electronic program guide. WP:NOT is one of Wikipedia's core policies. If you wish to change this policy, there is a place to give your opinion at Wikipedia:Village pump (policy)#Television schedules in network articles. Alternatively, you could express your view on the article's talk page. If, however, you continue to reinsert this material without justifying why you are doing so, you may be blocked from editing. - Mark 02:02, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
