[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in the topics of Kurds and Kurdistan, broadly construed. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

You are a corrupt Admin, you dont have any rights to block me. I editing texts on Duhok Governorate Wikipedia page back to normal, because a fascist user named Semsûrî is changing "Yazidis" as "Yazidi Kurds", i am Kurd myself and all the sources i have seen it says the origins of Yazidis is disputed, even on Yazidi Wikipedia page it says their origin is disputed. I have sent message to an Admin before, but he is not active even though he was in the active list. What kind of corrupt service is this?? You are only listening to Semsûrî because he has more edits than me? He is a nationalist who is only on one side only, this is not acceptable. BarzoDêralok (talk) 10:07, 4 July 2021 (UTC)
