Hi. This issue has been discussed at great length on the article's discussion page. If you wish to raise the matter again, you might do so there. However, ultimately your opinion of what is pornographic is exactly that; your opinion. Others may say that a picture of pregnant woman's body is precisely what is required on an article about pregnancy.
