Summer time in Europe

Hi and thank you for your contributions to Summer time in Europe. I've reverted them because you've not written in an encyclopedic tone, and because of grammatical errors. You might like to read WP:MOS and WP:TONE for some guidelines before you re-insert any more text. Also, you've added a paragraph stating that time change reform has been pushed aside by Brexit and the Covid pandemic. I put a {{citation needed}} tag against that because, without citing a reference, that claim appears to be WP:SPECULATION. In your subsequent edit you removed the {{citation needed}} tag. However, while the reference you added does mention Brexit and Covid, it doesn't in any way state that those two issues have affected/will affect the European reform.
