December 2007[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, we remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on Talk:Albanian language. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Edit-warring[edit]

You might find it helpful to review our rules on edit-warring, which you appear to be in violation of at Albanian language. I would hate to see you get blocked just because you're unfamiliar with how Wikipedia works; if you are in a disagreement, there are suggestions at dispute resolution of alternatives to edit-warring that can help solve disputes. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 12:33, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please contact and the other editor, we had a deal but he broke it latter see him previus version , he is in fact insulting me and considering me insane and nationalist and his talk page , i did not report him but he shows clear nationalistic bias, Many thanks --Besa Arvanon (talk) 12:37, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for 3RR violation at Albanian language. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 13:07, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not allow yourself to be manipulate form him, he first initiate the edit warring and insult me and my nation several time expressing racist views. --Besa Arvanon (talk) 13:11, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, and you have also insulted him several times as well, with equally repellent accusations. Whatever disagreement your two countries are having, we would all really appreciate it if you didn't turn Wikipedia into your battleground. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 13:16, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
In fact we are the same nation most of the Greek have Albanian ancestry, and I do not agree with sick nationalist like him which unreasonable claim territory and cause dispute. Could you look carefully what he does he makes unscientific maps and tries to protect same nationalistic very harmful views as Epiriot and Macedonian are Greek but not Albanian , I am myself a ethnic Albanian Macedonian and find his views very disturbing--Besa Arvanon (talk) 13:28, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My last edit was changed and put in different section of article , so I did not break any rule and was not edit warring ,could you please consider your decision ? --Besa Arvanon (talk) 13:45, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My opinion[edit]

I don't really know anything at all about Albanian. I don't even know why it matters that Albanian may or may not once have been known as "Epirotic." I'm afraid I don't care very much, either. But when I see a user who is strongly pushing a new fact on a variety of articles, using very weak sources and arguments that are filled with nationalism and accusations, I tend to assume that the editor is likely to be wrong, or at least strongly biased. You see, I'm here to help write an encyclopedia, and you seem to be here only to force one specific piece of information into a variety of articles, and people with patterns like that are rarely here for any helpful purpose. You might be right, and you might be wrong- I don't know- but you're definitely hard to understand, biased, and disruptive, and I predict a lengthy block in your future. If this piece of information really is true and important, eventually someone will come who can explain that in clear, simple, polite English, with clear, simple, understandable sources. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 13:38, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

All the three sources mention are facts and one other neutral user accepted the fact with his own research. Well, you may not care about the fact but I consider this important, if you are from Uk Ch. Harold wrote a poem for Epir and brave Albanian warriors . I hope you change your mind about me and do not agree with the views of non serious greek lobing editors which of course see to me a threat for they expansive nationalist dreams , anyway I do not like you prediction and yours threats and non appreciation for my contribution--Besa Arvanon (talk) 13:56, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notification[edit]

In a 2007 arbitration case, administrators were given the power to impose discretionary sanctions on any user working on articles concerning the Balkans. Before any such sanctions are imposed, editors are to be put on notice of the decision. This notice is not to be taken as implying any inappropriate behaviour on your part, merely to warn you of the Arbitration Committee's decision. Thank you. Arvanites[edit]

I'm sorry but your edits are full of nationalistic elements. You may feel whatever you want for the Arvanites but it doesn't mean that you can express it in this encyclopedia. - Sthenel (talk) 16:54, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
