Request reason:

I think there was a misunderstanding here. I can see how my continual editing would be suspicious normally; however, I was only editing my own "User:Bhkoller/vector-2022.css" to modify how my own layout looks. Even after a thorough review of the "Clearly not being here to build an encyclopedia" section, it is unclear to me how my behavior violated any of these rules. If I am actually in the wrong, I would appreciate an explanation as to why; otherwise, I believe my block is unnecessary.--Bhkoller (talk) 18:08, 26 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

All of your edits except the first in 2019 have been to your userspace. The purpose of editing at Wikipedia is to improve articles, not to play around in your userspace.
