Wasn’t familiar with rules for blocking

I wasn’t familiar with the rules,am a new member here,however just wanted to edit the birthplace of Parham Maghsoodloo. The correct city is Gorgan. The correct city is available in other languages and many sources in Persian. BhraamPeter (talk) 23:58, 16 September 2018 (UTC)
