Thank you for your contributions[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to articles such as Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, we ask that you please use edit summaries to describe what you are changing in any article you edit. It helps other editors more easily see how the page is changing. Thanks again! Okiefromoklatalk 03:59, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please use edit summaries[edit]

Hello. Please be courteous to other editors and use edit summaries when updating articles. The Mathbot tool shows your usage of edit summaries to be nearly nonexistent:

Edit summary usage for BixB: 3% for major edits and 100% for minor edits. Based on the last 115 major and 1 minor edits in the article namespace.

Using edit summaries helps other editors quickly understand your edits, which is especially useful when you make changes to articles that are on others' watchlists. Thanks and happy editing! --Kralizec! (talk) 12:16, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's been a few years since anyone has commented, so I thought I would again remind you to use edit summaries. While your edits are greatly appreciated, it is very difficult to navigate your edits when you make about a dozen to one article at a time without summaries. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
