From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hello. In March you added a citation to a book from the "Webster's Quotations" series published by Icon Group International to this article. Unfortunately, Icon Group International is not a reliable source - their books are computer-generated, with most of the text copied from Wikipedia (most entries have [WP] by them to indicate this). I'm removing a lot of similar references; many other editors have also been deceived by these sources. A similar publisher that reuses Wikipedia content is Alphascript Publishing. Thanks, I keep them in mind as a circular reference. I see if I can find some other cites for this F. Hiner Dale Blackash have a chat 10:42, 26 July 2010 (UTC)

Elfquest

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I started reading the Elfquest article from your link in the "other" discussion. I can see that whole group of articles could use some TLC (do they say that in Australia?). I commented in the Gliders merge thread before I realized you had commented too, and I just wanted to let you know I'm not "wiki-stalking" you or anything. Although I did end up there after following your link. Cheers Colincbn (talk) 16:51, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

Forest pathology/Requested article

Thanks for the link to the forest pathology website, there seems to be a lot of good information in there (despite its less than stunning aesthetics) that can be used to flesh out the main article, being the sad little stub it is currently. Anyways, I did some "wikistalking" when you brought that up on the WP:FOREST talkpage, got acquainted with your general contributions, interests, etc. In WP:RAB there's article requests for Root Production Method and/or Air root pruning, seems to be right up your alley if interested. > MinnecologiesTalk 14:34, 10 October 2010 (UTC)

Hey, after seeing your PROD on this article, I had a look around. I found that the cricket club does seem to exist: number 14 here. Club details here. This said, I don't think that the club itself is notable, so I don't see any reason to remove your PROD. Just thought I'd let you know that the club isn't a hoax.
