Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]- I am sorry to hear that. I understand that our rules and procedures often seem to get in the way of contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you understand why we insist on verifying ownership of copyright for materials that have been previously published, and for insisting that materials under copyright be freely licensed before being placed on Commons.
