Hello, I'm WikiDan61. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Brimmer and May School because they appeared to be promotional. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

Images you have uploaded

The issue here is that it is clearly stated in the metadata of these images that they may not be used for profit. As a result, they do not qualify as free images for our purposes here, even if you stated as a representative of the school that it is ok for us to use them. We would have to have an independent release of rights from David M. Barron/oxygengroup.com in order for these images to comply with our policies. Alternatively, since you are likely geographically close to the subject, you can do take your own photographs and upload them here under a free licenses, such as {{cc-by-sa-3.0}}.
