I submitted a name change. As I noted in another response, I didn't edit the article. I added pertinent information regarding the village. It's all public information and easily verified. BrinkhavenOhio (talk) 16:00, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You did edit the article (...added pertinent information...). Wikipedia policy is that new information requires verification with new references - added at the same time. David notMD (talk) 16:19, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
OK. Well, everything that I added is easily verifiable (area code, postal code, URL, elected officials, etc...). Those are the only things I added. If you would like to remove them and add them back correctly, feel free to do so. BrinkhavenOhio (talk) 16:22, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have no skin in this game. You can add the town's website as a reference to verify council members, etc. David notMD (talk) 16:25, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
