Christian libertarians and ole von beust

[edit]

Hi, there can you please show me the sentence or section in this article Ole von Beust, which will confirm the category Category:Christian libertarians? Otherwise I think it should not be mentioned. Thank you Sebastian scha. (talk) 17:53, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Christian democracy

[edit]

Hi Britans! Your edits are a little bit misleading... in fact replacing the categories in all the articles on christian-democratic parties was not a good idea. No problem with adding the "Catholic party" or "Othodox party" category, but remember that Christian democracy is an ideolgy and that the most important category is that one. Please reinsert "Christian-democratic parties" in all these articles. --Checco (talk) 07:24, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've rollbacked some of your edits. In fact some parties you labeled as "orthodox" were multi-denominational or not orthodox at all. Anyway, what is most important is that you can add all the categories you want, but not to replace [[Category:Christian Democratic parties]] with other categories in articles about christian-democratic parties. "Catholic" and "Orthodox" are not more specific than "christian-democrat", thery're simply different concepts: the former are a religious affiliation, the latter an ideological affiliation. See you. --Checco (talk) 07:52, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
