Request reason:

i was blocked for using a mobile device in an area of someone with socks? then you mighy as block the whole region named China. unblock me pls. this is ridiculous dude. i advice also looking into the conduct of the dude that blocked me. i thibk he did so cause he is losing an arguement. and decided to use cheap tactics. i will hope wikipedia is better than this. leaving u the decision.

Decline reason:

According to the investigation report, the determination in your case was behavioral, not technical. --jpgordon::==( o ) 05:37, 1 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

i was blocked due to the following reason, 'misspelling the word notable' which is same as a sockpuppeteer. english is my 2nd language. and i in fact never used the word notable before this exposure. i simply used the word as how a sock spelled it and got grouped together as such. i find this hardly good evidence. i was also told i m in the same geographical location. though this i really cant help, china is a large place. i wish for a reinvestigation for my case only, to be unblocked.

Decline reason:

You are not blocked for "misspelling the word notable". You are blocked because a number of different facts all point to this account's being a sockpuppet. In addition to the evidence mentioned in the sockpuppet investigation, I have found other evidence which points in the same direction, and I see no grounds for unblocking.
