If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on The Plan - Architecture and Technologies in detail, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Harry the Dog WOOF 14:50, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not use Wikipedia to promote businesses. Wikipedia is not the "Yellow Pages". If you want to list a company for potential customers to find, please consider alternative outlets, such as WikiCompanies. Thank you. Harry the Dog WOOF 14:51, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion

All sorts of problems still

  • It's not just the tone, you need to provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts or show that it meets the notability guidelines for journals. You have no independent sources at all, either to support what you are saying or to show notability. For all I know, the circulation could be 20 copies produced on someone's computer.
  • It was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include:ensuring ease of reading and reference... provide in-depth understanding... prepared with the utmost attention... Special focus is given.... These are aspirations presented as fact, and stand in place of any substantive content.
  • Fully capitalising the article title is spammy too, on your website it's The Plan
  • I can't see how this resembles the New York Times article
  • You have an obvious conflict of interest when it comes to editing articles about this subject. Thank you for declaring your interest. If, after reading the information about notability linked above, you still believe that your journal is notable enough for a Wikipedia article (and that there is significant coverage o in reliable, independent secondary sources), you could, if you wish, post a request at Wikipedia:Requested articles for the article to be created. See also Wikipedia:Best practices for editors with conflicts of interest.

Fine, I've no idea what sort of time-scale "Requested Articles" works on, or whether they accept everything. The alternative is to do a draft here, and let me know when you are ready (if you want me to take a look) Jimfbleak - talk to me? 17:05, 29 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
