EncyclopediaUpdaticus, I appreciate the comments, as I am new to Wikipedia. However, I must take issue with what you are saying. First of all, are you referring to every person who has been granted the style "The Honourable" or "The Right Honourable" throughout their career, living or deceased? In that case, the style should be stripped from the Wikipedia pages of such eminent Prime Ministers of Canada as Alexander Mackenzie and Sir John A. Macdonald, as they are deceased. Secondly, do you mean that Wikipedia's policies prohibit this style being from accorded to deceased persons? Generally, in Canada anyway, a deceased person is allowed to retain their styles after death; i.e. I would refer to 'The late Honourable Jack Layton, former Leader of Her Majesty's Official Opposition', rather than as simply 'Jack Layton', due to the fact that he was appointed to The Queen's Privy Council for Canada before death. I thank you for your comments clarifying these regulations on Wikipedia as I am new to the Wikipedia community, and I would appreciate it if you could refer me to the page(s) where these pre-nominal styles are outlined and discussed, as I do not know where they are.
