Request reason:

I believe that I have been blocked mistakenly. I only have one account and don't know any of the users you are grouping me with. I have been searching through my contributions and I can't find any instances of where I have edited the same pages as the other listed accounts. Can you please verify that you have the right username. Also, if possible can someone provide me with information on how I ended up with a block so I can prevent this in the future?
