Proposed deletion of Williamsburg Sampler
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Williamsburg Sampler, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 19:13, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Baby shower. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. ClaretAsh (talk) 10:36, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Genpak
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Genpak requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Vrenator talk 16:45, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Genpak logo.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Genpak logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. TDL (talk) 19:10, 4 January 2012 (UTC)

TMS (entertainment data)
[edit]Hello. Is TMS (entertainment data) a separate company from Tribune Media Services? If they're the same company, then we should merge the articles, renaming by page move if required. Thanks, Captain Conundrum (talk) 13:00, 30 May 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks Captain Conundrum. They are not the same company any longer. They split in 2011. Thanks. (Carterjj33 (talk) 13:24, 30 May 2013 (UTC))
- But the website listed in the two article is the same. What are the names now of the two companies? Thanks, Captain Conundrum (talk) 13:31, 30 May 2013 (UTC)
The 2 companies are TMS and Tribune Publishing. The new wiki is for TMS. The Tribune Publishing group has yet to update their wiki page (the old one). (Carterjj33 (talk) 14:11, 30 May 2013 (UTC))
- So Tribune Media Services no longer exists? It's now two companies, TMS and Tribune Publishing? Thanks, Captain Conundrum (talk) 14:16, 30 May 2013 (UTC)
