Welcome
[edit]Hello, Cgochuico3 and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students.
If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Please also read this helpful advice for students.
Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.
Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, and if your class doesn't already have one please tell your instructor about that. It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}}
on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and aid your communication with them.
We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 16:41, 24 August 2023 (UTC)

Citations needed at Transphobia
[edit]Hello! I'm Roxy, a volunteer editor of Wikipedia's gender and sexuality articles. I hope your semester is going well. I apologize, but I had to undo your change at Transphobia, because the text you added does not cite any sources.
I see that your sandbox does have sources, just not integrated into the text. For each sentence making a claim that is likely to be challenged, please add an inline citation. See WP:INLINECITE and Help:Footnotes for further information, or ping me or Brianda if you need help.
Here's an example of how that change would look:
− | A 2022 study by the Human Rights Campaign suggests that approximately 63% of transgender and nonbinary victims of discriminatory violence are Black transgender women. | + | A 2022 study by the Human Rights Campaign suggests that approximately 63% of transgender and nonbinary victims of discriminatory violence are Black transgender women.<ref>{{Cite web |title=An Epidemic of Violence 2022 |url=https://reports.hrc.org/an-epidemic-of-violence-2022 |access-date=2023-10-05 |website=HRC Digital Reports |language=en-US}}</ref>

I hope you're able to make these changes, and then reinsert your changes in the article. Warm regards, –RoxySaunders 🏳️⚧️ (💬 • 📝) 04:06, 24 October 2023 (UTC)
