Significant relationships

[edit]

You do not add single kisses to a character's relationship. MOS for Soaps states things are to be concise, adding every character another character kisses is unnecessary and violates the spirit of soap character articles. Do not add single kisses to character bios.CelticGreen 23:33, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Santo DiMera and all characters

[edit]

When there are character sub headings listing "Grandchildren" or "children" you do not put the word "grandson" or "granddaughter" after the name in the list. It is a given that they are a grandchild if they are listed under a sub-heading of grandchildren. You have done this twice on the Santo DiMera page and it is incorrect formatting and unnecessary redundancy.IrishLass0128 18:52, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Babe Carey

[edit]

Hello, Colaatje5. I changed your edit to the Babe Carey article, where, in the Flings and romantic relationships section of that article, you list Bianca Montgomery as a crush, and where you list Josh Madden as an affair. The reason that I canged that is because it can be confusing and misleading to list Bianca as a crush, when Babe did not have a crush on Bianca (at least not a romantic one). And as for the Josh Madden topic in this case, I feel that it's best to clarify that she only had sex with Josh once during her "affair" with him. And not throughout, which is the impression that the word "affair" can give, which is why I feel that it's better to list that as one-night stand, kisses or as emotional affair...even as emotional affair, kisses, but not simply as affair. Anyway, as always here at Wikipedia, I'll see you around. Flyer22 19:59, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

[edit]

Constructive contributions are appreciated and strongly encouraged, but your recent edit to the userpage of another user may be considered vandalism. If you are the user, please log in under that account and proceed to make the changes. Please use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Take a look at our introduction page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you. Paul730 15:31, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to "my user page", as well as wrong formatting to other articles after you've been constantly advised to follow the correct formatting policies of Wikipedia, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Your continued disruptive edits, Colaatje5, will not be tolerated. Consider reading up on Wikipedia's editing policies or listening to other editors who are directing you in the right direction. Vandalism of an editor's user page will not solve anything, especially when it can easily be reverted, and when it will only lead to you being blocked permanently from editing Wikipedia. You have been warned. Flyer22 19:44, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Personal attacks are not tollerated by Wikipedia. You do not own any character profile page and your "personal" changes are not general consensus for how things are done. As you have done this more than once, if it is done again you will be immediately reported and it is likely you will be blocked from editing. Additionally, I'm asking an admin to look into your IP address and see if you are a sockpuppet of a previously banned user. Your behaviour mimicks that of someone who should not be editing. While you may not be a sockpuppet, I feel your behaviour warrants additional investigation.CelticGreen 22:39, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your continued removal of vital information is considered vandalism. You've been repeatedly warned. Stop removing information particularly on the Sami Brady page.CelticGreen 21:00, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Additional Warning/Talking Point

[edit]

Before changing links in articles, make sure they work. You continually change links to places that do not exist and mark your changes as minor when in reality they are acts of vandalism, acts against consensus, and generally a nuisance for other editors to go back and revert your changes. Please discontinue from the type of behaviour.IrishLass0128 14:29, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Additionally DO NOT REMOVE TAGS. If an article contains a hidden comment giving direction to every editor, do not take it upon yourself to remove those tags. IrishLass0128 14:53, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
