A belated welcome!

[edit]
Sorry for the belated welcome, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Crawler (usurped). I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Again, welcome! SmokeyJoe (talk) 08:26, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

In a sense, you now have an unusual uniquely appropriate username. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 08:28, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks SmokeyJoe, I fully agree :-) Crawler (usurped) (talk) 09:07, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

Thank you for your follow-up comments at WP:BN. Us Crats are a serious bunch when it comes to following policy, which is how we came to be Crats in the first place. Sometimes the best result doesn't emerge as a result of it and I'm almost as sorry for that as I am for the initial hiccup.

That said, if you'd like your current name tweaked, you can read the blurb and fill in a request at WP:CHU/S. It'll be done pretty quickly, so long as you've managed to follow the various instructions. --Dweller (talk) 12:57, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
