Hypenated nationalities

Please don't introduce hyphenated "nationalities" into articles. They are ambiguous, and not appropriate for a person of dual citizenship. They imply that one citizenship is inferior to the other and that the person may just be, for example, an American born in the US but with another ethnic heritage.
