A tag has been placed on DJ Buddy Holly (Mobile DJ Company) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Bluefist talk 23:49, 24 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, DJ Buddy Holly (DJ Devious). We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. ~Amatulić (talk) 00:28, 25 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You are suspected of sock puppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/DJ Buddy Holly (DJ Devious). Thank you. Do not recreate any articles or information about yourself[edit]

Wikipedia is not a place to promote yourself. Articles about you have been repeatedly deleted from Wikipedia for a lack of notability. Your only purpose seems to be to add information about yourself to Wikipedia and your userpage is not a way to circumvent the deletion on the mainspace. We are not a personal webhost. Please be aware that this is seen as self-promotion and spam, and any further attempts to re-add information previously deleted can end with you getting permanently banned from Wikipedia. This is an official last warning for you to stop. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 00:08, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • You will still have to prove that you're interested in editing Wikipedia about anything other than yourself. Unfortunately, I have a very, very strong suspicion that you will end up getting blocked since you have only edited about yourself and you've immediately re-uploaded information about yourself after it was deleted. Repeatedly. Over a period of years. Forgive me, but while we are supposed to assume good faith, you have done nothing to show that you will do anything other than try to re-add information about yourself. Suddenly saying that you have an interest in editing about something other than yourself isn't enough. You have to prove that you're not here to promote yourself. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 00:15, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • And as far as editing pages go, we can delete your userpage if we feel that you are trying to get around deletions of your article in the mainspace. Again, Wikipedia is not a place to promote yourself. If your intent is to add yourself to Wikipedia anywhere or to wait and add yourself again later on down the line, then you will only get blocked and perhaps even have your IP ranged if they think that your abuses go back far enough. I'm going to assume that since you are claiming to be DJ Devious, you are the same person who created several sockpuppet accounts to create articles about yourself. This means that you've been doing this for a while and suddenly claiming that you want to edit Wikipedia is not enough. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 00:17, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A friendly warning[edit]

If you are studying for a doctoral degree, you will be able to understand the rules and regulations on Wikipedia. If you continue to create inappropriate pages about yourself (or any other subject) you may risk being blocked from editing. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 00:27, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
