Hi. I've marked this album cover you uploaded to Commons as missing permission of being freely licensed (which all images on Commons needs to be). If you aren't the copyright holder (or even if you are this would probably be easier than licensing) you need to instead upload it here at Wikipedia under a claim of fair-use. If you take a look at other album-covers uploaded you can pretty much copy-past the rationale and change the relevant source-information to match your image. Speedy deletion nomination of File:CALI LVOE.jpg[edit]
