I believe the article you're working on is about the same subject as an already existing article: War of Knives. Hi DaWulf2010, welcome to Wikipedia, and I'm afraid that having a contribution deleted is a fairly standard initial experience for newcomers, who aren't yet familiar with our content requirements and the content that we already have. The deletion nomination isn't supposed to come across as unfriendly, but yes, it's best to add material to the existing article on the subject, rather than creating a new and somewhat redundant article about the same subject. Do you think you can merge any new material from your new article into the existing one? Once the two articles are combined, then we should let go of the separate one. (The deletion nomination might have waited a while, I think, but here we are). I'm sure there are lots of other contributions you can make as well, and you'll be able to avoid such overlaps as you get more used to things. 66.127.52.47 (talk) 22:34, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
