GCR Draft Redirect

Hello, I notice you redirected Draft:Global Catastrophic Risk to the main article page. It's a draft page where I'm working on improving the article, so it shouldn't be a redirect. If you think that's not the best use of a draft page, or if you think the draft ought to be in userspace, please let me know. If you're interested in the article on global catastrophic risk, I would love to have help improving it! I think it could use some reorganization and some improved prose.
