Supermicrosurgery isn't a term that is indexed on PubMed. I think it would be better to merge this with Microsurgery. As a standalone article, there isn't much to it. A lot of the claims in the below draft are unsubstantiated, and need citing as it is--especially the claims to fame, such as "Isao Koshima is widely credited as being the father of modern supermicrosurgery."
