SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs

I assessed the article, and made quite a list of comments on improvement. With more references, this article would be B-class. A-class could be achieved with a LOT more references, and all other points I made - and also some pictures, though make sure they're free (GNU, public domain) and not fair use where possible.
