Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that the username you have chosen, "Delawarecf", seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of something other than yourself. Please note that you may not edit on behalf of a company, group, institution, product, or website which relates to the entity in question, and Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are promotional or accounts that are shared. If you are willing to use a personal account, please take a moment to create a new account or request a username change that represents only yourself as an individual. You should also read our Conflict of interest guideline and Plain and simple conflict of interest guide, and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. RadioFan (talk) 19:44, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

As reviewing administrator, let me explain a little further . When you have a username that is or includes the name of your organization, you imply that you are editing officially, and have a superior right to edit the page. But that is not the way WP works--all editors are considered equal--and your contributions like those of any editor must be justified by sources. I'm sure you do not intend to give such impression, but that's why we have the rule. Therefore, please choose another name. On that user page, you should disclose your conflict of interest.

As for notability of the organization, the guideline is WP:CORP. We do not distinguish between commercial and non-commercial organizations: we try to provide information about the notable things in the world, of whatever type, things about which people in general might reasonably want to come to an encyclopedia, We determine this by whether they have references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. The material you rely on for sources is a little too close to press releases, as can be seen form the very closely similar wording; Furthermore, most of these seem to be very small very local projects. People would look for information about these in a local community paper or website, not an encyclopedia In addition, too much of the material is quoted from these sources--even with attribution, this is not an acceptable way to write an article. You are welcome to try again, but under a different name; however, they will be no p[oint in doing so unless you have better sources. DGG ( talk ) 22:12, 27 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.  You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. Hello Delawarecf. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Delaware Community Foundation (2)".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Delaware Community Foundation (2)}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 18:05, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
