A few notes

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia! You left IRC before I could give you any assistance, but since you gave your username I thought I'd drop by and say hi. There are a few things I feel that I should mention right off the bat so that you have the best Wikipedia experience.

  • Username: Per our username policy (specifically WP:CORPNAME) having a username that is also a company name is not allowed. You should request a name change at WP:CHUS.
  • External links: external links should be limited its own section at the end of an article. In other words, links to someone's company or their personal website should not be in the body of the text.
  • Tone: Wikipedia is built on articles having a neutral point of view. Thus, it's best to avoid WEASEL words and FLOWERY language. Additionally, thoughts/feelings/personal opinions should be avoided.

I'll also throw a few potentially helpful links your way in case you feel like some more information: there's "Your first article", the Cheatsheet (for formatting tips/tricks), and most importantly the Golden Rule. If you want more help, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. To reply directly to me, start your message with {{u|Primefac}}Primefac (talk) 03:01, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
