Copyrights
[edit]Please do not copy text verbatim from other sources to Wikipedia. Doing so violates the copyright ownership of the source, and violates Wikipedia's copyright policy. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:47, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
@WikiDan61: I was not aware that I copied from any source. As noted at the bottom of my page, I participated in two Wiki editathons and was following instructions of the event organizers.
Class assignment
[edit]I've noticed a fair number of new drafts on small local newspapers today. Is this part of a class assignment? If so, can you give me the Wikipedia user name of the instructor? Thanks! WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:47, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
@WikiDan61: I am a faculty member (not a student) and my entries were done as part of two separate editathons I participated in.

Thank you for this information! The edits in 2018 noted above were part of a wiki editathon at the OpenEd conference. I am participating in another editathon today in collaboration with 500 Women Scientists and Science Friday. Drsarahgrace (talk) 19:20, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
@WikiDan61: I created a draft page as instructed by the event organizers. As I did not have a chance to complete the draft, I did not submit it to my knowledge (but left in draft form). If i have misunderstood the process, please let me know.
