Information icon Please forgive me. I'm not a very experienced user. I work for Ilesfay Technology Group and I simply want to add the small pieces of information. I added links/references for both. I'm thoroughly confused by what you're saying about my username. I've never had an issue with it before. It's been my username for years and I've been contributing to this Wikipedia page for over 1 year now. Please tell me how you'd like me to proceed.

Wikipedia doesn't allow a person to make edits on behalf of on behalf of a company, group, institution, product, or website which relates to the entity in question, and Wikipedia does not allow accounts that are shared. You should also read our WP:Conflict of interest guideline and WP:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide, and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. What can you do for now is to visit this page, WP:Usernames for administrator attention. And find your username there, leave a comment below to username, assuring that you won't be editing Wikipedia on behalf of something else than yourself as per Wikipedia username policy. Information icon Ok I'll get my username changed. How should my company edit its Wikipedia page? Up to this point myself and my co-workers have been managing it. Do I sign the company up for its own account?

Let me jump in for a minute. I don't believe there is a username issue with your account. Absolutely do not create an account for your company. Wikipedia usernames can only represent a single individual, not a business - and cannot be shared by more than one person.
The aforementioned warnings about conflict of interest are appropriate, however. You and your co-workers should not be directly editing an article about your employer. Instead, suggest changes on the article talk page and allow other uninvolved editors to review and make these changes instead. In the meantime, I recommend you read Wikipedia's plain and simple conflict of interest guide to become familiar with Wikipedia's policies. Thanks. --Drm310 (talk) 20:41, 6 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
