ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open![edit]

Hello, Eldapeeze. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

October 2017[edit]

Information icon Please do not attack other editors, as you did at 2016 Western Michigan Broncos football team‎. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. X96lee15 (talk) 23:10, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have raised a topic at Talk:2019 San Francisco 49ers season. Please respond before making further disruptive edits to the article. – PeeJay 21:23, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm PeeJay2K3. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, 2019 San Francisco 49ers season, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. – PeeJay 23:23, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I note you have still not responded on the article talk page. One of the requisites of participating in the Wikipedia project is a willingness to edit collaboratively. I have attempted to engage you in conversation, but you are actively resisting this engagement by simply reverting my changes with no obvious effort to address my concerns. Because I have such concerns over your conduct, I have little choice but to ask an administrator to examine the situation, which I doubt would end well for you, as it could result in you being blocked from editing temporarily. I have no desire to see any editor have their editing privileges revoked, but if you cannot work as part of a team towards a common goal, there is no place for you here. – PeeJay 02:17, 13 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

January 2020[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on 2019 San Francisco 49ers season; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.PeeJay 13:05, 14 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion[edit]

Information icon Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. – PeeJay 14:19, 15 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

I've indefinitely blocked you for persistent and abusive editing while logged out, for disruptive editing, including edit-warring, and for failure to communicate with other editors. See WP:GAB for your appeal rights.--Bbb23 (talk) 15:43, 15 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
