I notice that you are rewriting the deleted article in your sandbox. Please read the following'

• This is English language wikipedia, articles must be in English. If you want to write in Spanish, use es.wikipedia
• You must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that he meets the notability guidelines.
