[edit]Hello, I'm North Shoreman. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Abraham Lincoln's Lyceum address have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. Tom (North Shoreman) (talk) 01:42, 17 February 2019 (UTC)
Your deletions of my edits
[edit]I do not know how to write in Wiki code, but your assertions that Lincoln in any way expressed antislavery sentiments in his Lyceum Address is entirely false. Entirely. Let me encourage you to read it carefully. Clearly, Lincoln was powerfully antislavery, but there is not a hint of that truth in this address. Please edit it and get the history right. Thanks. Eli Merritt.
