There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I see reviews for other companies and really confused why this account is blocked. One example is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomorrow_Focus but there is many. How is one to enter information about a company in a factual manner with a blocked account? I'm truely trying to live within Wikipedia's operating procedures but some how must just not understand and ask for your guidance.

Decline reason:

One issue was the tone of your draft version. It read more like a promotional brochure for the company than an encyclopedia article. The key issue, however, is your username. It is not permissible to use the name of a company as your username. You could mention your affiliation in your username (e.g. JohnDoeatElitePartner), but you can't use the company name outright. —C.Fred (talk) 04:28, 19 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

updating name to meet Wikipedia guidelines. Also happy to update to a different handle if required. i.e. ThomasatElitePartner if the first request is not acceptable. Will update draft page before submitting for post to ensure it also meets guidelines.

It's pretty clear that your only purpose here is to write about your website. We aren't going to let you do that, under any username, so how's about you stop wasting everybody's time? Yunshui  14:35, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not trying to waste anyone's time. Bye Design Management Inc and ElitePartner are legitimate business. My goal was to put up information about the company as I've found for many businesses. I'm trying very hard to live within Wikipedia's guidelines. Why would some companies such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomorrow_Focus be allowed and not ElitePartner?

Decline reason:

Technical decline, as unblock requests must be made logged in, as we can't tell who you are otherwise. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 16:59, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If your sole reason to edit on Wikipedia is to publish an article about your business, then I would suggest to go to another place to do so. Wikipedia is not to be used as a means of promotion, and with this heavy of a conflict of interest I do not feel an unblock is wise at this time. There is a block for the first content about a year ago it did not align with the sites guidelines or values. Currently I believe the account block didn't ask questions on the intent even after stating I struggling (ask for help)and that I was trying to abide by the sites guidelines. So, yes the original content block was warranted, although in my opinion to block the account while trying to learn is not. I believed the original content followed another existing services that show up with searches on Wikipedia. I do want to contribute, and hope to gain knowledge as the admins on this site have. That they gained of along periods of time.

There are many examples within Wikipedia of content at may or may not align with the sites guidelines. I believed that I was following the following examples, which must meet site guidelines or they would be removed, correct?
