External links[edit]

You may wish you review WP:ELNO, which contains our guidelines on external links. Generally, blogs are a poor choice. If we added every random blog that was tangentially related to the topic, we'd turn into a web directory, and that is something that we are not. If you want to add reviews to articles, that would be very helpful, but they should be professional reviews. External links should a major source of information, such as the IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes, or Metacritic. If this is your own blog, then you should be extra careful in adding it, as you don't want to be seen as having a conflict of interest. It is best to wait for someone else to add content or websites that you have written. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 00:36, 6 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
