To upload a photo on Wikipedia, go to: Upload file, and follow the steps mentioned there. Let me know if you have any specific issues or questions about that.
As for being an administrator, you can look into Requests for Adminship. Just so you know, however, granting administrator rights to users is not a process that's taken lightly. With the current amount of experience you have (only 15 edits), the chance for becoming an administrator are pretty low. I'm not against you requesting for adminship, but I wouldn't recommend placing a request at this point. You'd probably have a better chance after being around here for a while with more experience. And if you feel that you've familiarized yourself with the policies on Wikipedia, that would be a good time to consider placing a request.

I created the Domenica Zacchara article. GH announced the character and Saundra Santiago will play her. Tell me b4 u delete it if u think it should not be there. And what about the Claudia Zacchara article? May I have Permission to create it cuz it says i must be asmin ppl/.

About the Claudi Zacchra article. An admin has salted the page because it gets deleted at WP:AFD and then someone recreates it. You can create the article in your userspace and then ask an admin to move it to the mainspace. Lego K^ontribs T^alkM 00:00, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

As for Domenica Zacchara, yes, it needs to be confirmed with multiple reliable sources before an article is created. I've put a PROD tag on it, which means it will be deleted in five days unless you remove it. This gives you a chance to find those sources and "rescue" the article before it is deleted. However, please don't remove the tag until you have added enough reliable sources to verify that she is notable according to our standards. I hope this helps some.
