Selle Francais

[edit]

Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia! I see that you have been trying to add an image to the Selle Francais article. This is not working because you are trying to add links to images that have not been uploaded to the English Wikipedia or Wikimedia Commons, the sister site that hosts most of the English Wikipedia's images. If you wish to upload an image to Commons (which is the best place to do so, because it can then be used on all Wikimedia Projects), you will need to be sure that you wish to release the image for all forms of re-use, including possible commercial re-use. Then go to Commons:First steps/Uploading files and follow the steps listed there. At that point, the image can be added to the article. As a final comment, image galleries are generally discouraged in articles. The image can simply be linked into the article - check the formatting on the other images already present to see the general style. Please let me know if you have any questions, Dana boomer (talk) 14:12, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
