Gallaries[edit]

Please don't put galleries in pages. The Manual of Style says to include a picture on the right hand of the screen using the "thumb" template. Could you please restore it? Ottava Rima (talk) 00:30, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here is the thumb template: [[Image:(insert image name)|right|thumb|(insert text about image here)]] If you want to make it of a larger size, put in: [[Image:(insert image name)|right|thumb|200px|(insert text about image here)]] The larger the number, the larger the picture. Standard is 180 px (pixels). If you want to make it appear on the left hand of the screen, replace "right" with "left", but left hand images can cause problems and should be used only in certain circumstances in which they don't cause formatting errors.
