Welcome!

Hello, Feyandstrange! Welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) will produce your name and the current date. You should always sign talk pages, but not articles. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Ann Heneghan (talk) 22:37, 27 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for work on sari

That wasn't a typo, but vandalism. It was so kind of you to fix it!

Too long on Wikipedia starts making one cynical about human behavior. WHY vandalize a useful group project? But then there are new users who fix things :) Zora 05:42, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Improving CFS/ME Article

[edit]

Hi, I've noticed you used to contribute to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I recently nominated it as the Wikipedia:Improvement Drive. I feel that it needs urgent improvement, and if you agree please vote at the Improvement Drive project page. Thanks! Thedreamdied 02:21, 3 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I read your comments on the CFS talk page with interest. Have to agree and most patients talk about 'supervised neglect' by the health professionls, although in the UK it seems (more than elsewhere) vested interest groups seek to profit from others misfortune. With your special skills, more than other editors, you are in a position to help correct the current imbalance of the CFS articles, I hope you can contribute to the growing consensus that change is needed. Would you mind if I seek your comment on research matters? Jagra (talk) 23:30, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

International wheelchair symbol discussion

[edit]

Hello. There is currently a discussion in progress at Wikipedia:Village pump (policy)#Use of international wheelchair symbol concerning whether or not we should use the International Symbol of Access to indicate handicapped-accessible train/metro statains, Disney rides, etc. Our other options are plain text or an alternative icon such as . Your input would be welcome. —Remember the dot (talk) 04:20, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,

You had an external link on your user page with four square ([[ ]])brackets instead of two ([ ]), and I assumed that was a mistake and corrected it. WLU 11:29, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Feyandstrange,

Would you be interested in trying to make your (proposed) WikiProject becoming a succes by actively involving yourself in a recruitment agency aimed at establishing an active base of participants for a WikiProject?--Daanschr 11:46, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Love your input into my new accessibility wiki site

[edit]

Hi there,

I stumbled on your user page and I thought I'd drop you a line. I've recently launched a not for profit website that I hope might be useful to the disability community. It's a worldwide disability access wiki/map called AccessibilityMapr.com.

Given that you appear to be both an experienced Wikipedian and someone interested in disability issues, I was wondering if you could give me any feedback on the site. Do you like the concept? How can I best attract users do yo think?

Cheers —Preceding unsigned comment added by Markbrown00 (talkcontribs) 00:02, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Did you once say on the CFS talk page you had experience with website development?

[edit]

If so I would like to contact you privately on a website project. My Wikipedia page e-mail is enabled.
