There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. To the reviewing administrator(s) concerned. Thank you for your earlier infos, links and also patience. I esteem that the present block is no longer necessary, as the newly edited (short) text below may now not cause any damage and disruption or no longer violates the rules and regulations of Wikipedia. In the (newly edited) text, I presently do not see any content of spam, advertisement or any non-permitted inclusions. I’m now totally aware of and fully understand what I’m blocked for. Yesterday, June 10th 2019, I have hastily composed the faulty content, included external links and unallowed mentions into the editing of a wrongly titled (non-conform) user page. Maximum disaster. Per today however, please rest assured, that such mistakes and misconduct will by all means not be reproduced. Any (hopefully) future editing will definitely be made more carefully. I'm sorry, but you clearly don't understand. Your username still violates WP:USERNAME, you are still attempting to violate WP:COI, and frankly, you've provided no reason to believe Filmser meets the standards set out by WP:NOTE. If your only goal here is to write about Filmser, I'm afraid we aren't going to unblock you. I was about to decline this unblock request, explaining that you have still not addressed either the issues given in the block message from Alexf or those given in the decline message from Yamla, when it suddenly occurred to me what you must mean by the rather cryptic message about user pages. I checked, and sure enough, this account is being used to evade a block on another blocked account. I shall remove talk page access from this account, and any unblock request must be made by your original account, on the talk page of that account, but please don't waste your time and everybody else's by posting yet another unblock request that doesn't address the reasons given for the block.
