A Wikipedia user page is for someone who is active in working for the project to give a little information about himself or herself in connection with his or her work for the encyclopaedia: it is not a place to post other content, such as a web page about a band. I have also looked at your sandbox. I'm afraid that if the page is intended to be a draft which will eventually become an article then it will not be suitable, because your band clearly comes nowhere near to satisfying Wikipedia's notability guidelines. Unfortunately there are, in my opinion, far too many of these guidelines, and most of them are far too long and complicated, making them very confusing for new editors, but the ones most relevant in this case are the general notability guideline and the music notability guideline. Also, the page is somewhat promotional, especially in attempting to attract readers to the band's YouTube channel and Twitter and Facebook accounts. Promotional content can, of course, easily be removed, but failure to satisfy the notability guidelines is a different matter: no amount of editing a Wikipedia page can change the notability of the subject of that page. If, on the other hand, you have no intention of making the page into an article, then you need to be aware that it is not permitted to use Wikipedia as a free web host to hold pages unconnected to contributing to the encyclopaedia.

You are, of course, welcome to make contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, but if your only purpose is to write a web page for your band, then you would be better advised to use one of the many web sites which do provide that sort of service, such as a web hosting service.
