I saw that you were upset about Miked9109 making changes to a page. If there's anything I can do to help, please ask. I just would like to make friends throughout wikipedia Tonetare 04:18, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Creating new categories for images without fair use rationale
[edit]If you are creating a new day's category for CAT:NR or related CSD I4 categories, please use the 'automatic create category' link on the CAT:NR page. The category you created manually was not showing up in the main category, and would have dropped off the radar in 24 hours. I re-created it to ensure it showed up. Welcome to VandalProof!
[edit]Hi, ForestH2/Returning and disputes, thank you for applying for VandalProof. I am happy to announce that you are now authorized for use, so if you haven't already, simply download VandalProof from our main page and install it, and you're all set!
Please join the VandalProof user category by adding either: {{User VandalProof}} (which will add this user box) or [[Category:Wikipedians using VandalProof]] to your user page.
If you have any queries, please feel free to contact me or post a message on VandalProof's talk page. Welcome to our team! - GIen 10:56, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- That is odd. Now, the first time you install VP you dont install the exe file, but download and unzip this one - is it the VandalProof120.zip the file you have? - GIen 14:21, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, let me see if I understand. You click setup.exe and what happens, does a blue screen saying VandalProof 1.2 Setup come up? - GIen 14:28, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
No it should pop up straight away. Download this file again, and make sure you unzip it first (dont run it from within winzip or whatever zip programme you have). Then try again (and I'd maybe restart your PC first just to ensure all your registry files are in order). Really sorry about this - it's actually the first time Ive seen it happen! Let me know what happens, and thanks for your patience. - GIen 14:35, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, its a Windows based app (see here). Are you on a Mac or linux? If so we may have found the problem... 14:42, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
see Forest, there's a problem with your request that I help you. That problem is Mike doesn't get it. You could tell him something until the end of time, and his response would be "what?" So because he doesn't seem to get anything and he has had a number of disputes with people, I'm going to do you one better. I am going to tell an administrator. You're not the only person whose had to deal with his behavior. Tonetare 18:22, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Just did Forest. If you want to check into it or change anything I said, it's on Tyenius' page. He is a very good administrator. Hopefully this will solve your problems with Mike. He is impossible. I have had dealings. Trust me. Good luck :) Tonetare 18:30, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
I'm up for anything because you know what? He is selfish and inconsiderate. He makes changes on a page because it doesn't suit him, and then refuses to compromise. It's ridiculous and frankly I am tired of putting up with it. I did tell Tyrenius already Tonetare 18:32, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Definitely! Glad you're putting your foot down. Takes two. :) Tonetare 18:36, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Good work! I am not wiki literate so I am glad you know what you're doing. just tell me what to do to assist, and I will follow your instruction. Tonetare 18:38, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Sweet! I saw your warning on his page to, it'll probably get him into arguing with you and keep whining. How are you going to deal with the bellyaching he is going to start doing as I have had to listen to it and know this. This arbitration stuff just needs to work. that's all I know Tonetare 18:43, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Yea, how much time do I have to get two more users not that it should take anymore than a quarter of a second to find a GROUP mad at him. But just in case, what should I do and tell them in case you're not here. Tonetare 18:46, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Cool, so I will probably get at least two more people to post on your page by the end of today if it kills me. Hopefully Mike's many enemies will be on the comp today. Glad we're in it together. I am going to go a searching. By the end of today, I will tell you what I have accomplished. LoL, we're harsh but dude deserves it Tonetare 18:51, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Wait! I'm confused. did we scare him off? lmao Tonetare 19:01, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
LMAO! we're quite the combination to be able to completely get rid of a user. WOOOW! That worked faster than I thought. Dude looked helpless. Two people ganging up on him and planning to recruit. lol, be sure to contact me if there is anyone else bugging you. :) Tonetare 19:04, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Just to be on the safe side, lets erase all this so no one suspects anything bad. It's not like we did anything bad. We noticed a bad user and wanted to get rid of him. But some people may look at this as, they are teaming up and trying to get rid of people which is not the case whatsoever. I genuinely had a problem with that user. And he even said on his talk page he hates it when people go behind him and change all of his info. Well, that's what he has been doing to me and it is irritating. What a hypocrite. I'll stop my ranting though and let you get on with the rest of your day. Thanx Forest. :) Tonetare 19:08, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

Re:
[edit]Excuse me, but I am not vandalizing any pages. People just keep changing things back after they have been consulted over too many times to count. That title reign stays under WWE. So I am not vandalizing anything. Thanks. --Mikedk9109 18:43, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
I accept other peoples point of views. I just cant stand people telling me I am vandalizing pages just because I simply revert things that are not needed, or that are false and innacurate. You said I was vandalizing pages, but it reality I was reverting false and inaccurate information.
