Why are you blocking this page if it is not yet finalised. I am still editing the page and am including all the information with references and you keep deleting it. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to save a page as a draft before it goes live but if you let me create the page properly I will show that this is not a promotion/ advertising material but the history of the creation of a business and the great achievements done in 20 years. The page is not blocked, but the copy I've seen seems blatantly promotional. Most of the posts on your talk page have included a link to Wikipedia:Your first article which lays out the advice you're asking for... 7. Create the article first in Draft or User space. In general, uploaded images need to be freely licensed. Company logos that are only text (just styling, no additional objects) are permitted under copyright laws in the US, so you can upload them. But first, the image itself needs to be of value, which generally in your case means that the company is notable, and has an article on Wikipedia.
