Kingsway is located three miles south of the City of Gloucester, England, next to the popular, modern suburb of Quedgeley. This sought-after location lies on the edge of the River Severn, offering waterside eating, drinking and walking just a short distance away. The area is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in the UK, with quaint villages and farming communities neighbouring the site. The site was started in 2007 and amongst the developers building there are Barratt Homes, Bloor Homes, Bryant Homes, David Wilson Homes and George Wimpey.

Gloucester itself is an important, historic centre, famed for its medieval cathedral and monasteries. The city is currently undergoing an extensive regeneration initiative which is rapidly taking shape. This will see, alongside many other schemes, the complete revitalisation of the docklands area, bringing new retail, leisure, educational and employment opportunities.
