I changed the southeastern boundary of Windsor Terrace from Fort Hamilton Parkway to Caton Avenue. Caton Avenue is the official southeastern border of Windsor Terrace, based on a number of sources, including NYC government sources; Community Board 7, of which Windsor Terrace is a part; and the Brooklyn police department (Windsor Terrace is in the 72 precinct, Kensington is in the 66 precinct; Caton is the divide between these two precincts).

Here are some of the official and unofficial sources that support Caton Avenue as the southeastern border of Windsor Terrace:
