Saranga and NACTOR...[edit]
An article on Varun Saranga was the subject of an AFD, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Varun Saranga, in May, 2017. Nominator was Fitindia, whose brief nominaion said "No-notable actor fails WP:NACTOR".
I reviewed NACTOR, which points to WP:Notability (people)#Entertainers. That section lists three criteria, the first of which seems to say individuals' NACTOR notability is established when they have "...had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions..."
So, does Saranga measure up to that criteria, now, after having recurring roles in over a half a dozen tv series?
Dlohcierekim repeated the nomination's assertion that Sarango didn't measure up to NACTOR.
Paul Erik said they searched for references to support notability. I wish every participant in an AFD did their own web search, prior to weighing in.

I've done some work on a new draft. Before I do more work, I am pinging nominator, deletion !voters, and closer, in case they wish to offer an opinion as to whether there are sufficient references, out there, for Saranga to measure up to NACTOR now. Geo Swan (talk) 21:41, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
